Advanced paragliding course – from the training slope to confident flights

You have completed the basic course and want more? In the advanced course at Flugschule Pinzgau your first high-altitude flights become routine. For five days you fly in the areas around the Wildkogel in the Hohe Tauern National Park – supervised and guided by radio by our experienced instructors.

What to expect

  • More high-altitude flights with radio guidance
  • Training of all required manoeuvres and ground handling
  • Briefing on take-off and landing sites
  • Theory: meteorology, flight technique, air law, equipment and aerodynamics
  • Personal equipment advice

Part of your paragliding licence

All flights count towards your paragliding licence. In the following high-altitude course you collect the remaining flights up to the exam. The course is also ideal for pilots from other schools and as a refresher after a longer break. Rental equipment, take-off and landing fees and shuttle are included.
